I still have an intimate and ongoing relationship with diet soda, which means I still am ingesting caffeine. Oh well, I guess some things are harder to quit than others.
The weather got warmer so I have been able to ride my bicycle more. I ride about four days a week, and have an 18-mile course that I like to ride. I started taking IGNITE at my half-way point, and discovered that my return ride was faster and more comfortable than the ride out. I average about 2 mph faster. My legs feel fresher too.
I went to the eye doctor for my annual check-up. My eyes are still going great, and are not affected at all yet by my diabetes. Good news.
The next ingredient in Chews 4 Health: Mangosteen
The mangosteen fruit has been used for thousands of years throughout Asia for its health-enhancing properties. When Queen Victoria tasted this imported delicacy in the mid-1800s, she promptly declared it her favorite fruit. Since then it's been commonly referred to as, "The Queen of Fruits." Centuries later, science has finally corroborated what folklore medicine has known for centuries: Mangosteen works! The key ingredient of the mangosteen fruit is called xanthone, a natural molecular substance that has recently won high praise from numerous scientists and researchers. What's remarkable is that the mangosteen represents the single greatest known supply of these tremendously beneficial xanthones. Despite the fact that mangosteen has only recently been discovered in the West, there have already been literally hundreds of research papers and third-party studies conducted on mangosteen and xanthones throughout the world.
